A three-month, results-driven leadership journey designed to help alumni sharpen their vision, transform team culture, and master communication.

By the end of this program, you’ll walk away with a clear leadership vision, actionable team-building strategies, and communication techniques to lead with confidence.

Developed exclusively for alumni of Ohio University Sports Administration MSA/OMSA to guide and hone:

  • Identify your most authentic and impactful leadership vision and create ways to put it in action.

  • Architect the experience of the culture you wish to create among your team and create the action steps to execute it.

  • Elevate the impact of your communication to ensure direct, honest feedback with your team and establish clear expectations for the future.

The Work

How the Program Works

Over three months, we’ll focus on one transformative leadership theme each month: Vision, Culture, and Communication. These pillars form the foundation of every successful executive and leadership journey.

The approach is designed to be practical and actionable, making it easy to integrate into your daily work life while driving meaningful growth.

What You’ll Experience

Each monthly session includes:

  • Coach-led discussions to challenge your thinking and expand your leadership perspective.

  • Interactive group conversations that foster collaboration and peer learning among fellow alumni.

  • Actionable handouts and tools to help you apply new strategies and insights between sessions.

Why It Works

This program is built for busy leaders. Intentionally light on “homework” but rich in real-world application. You’ll leave each session with clear takeaways, ready to test and implement them immediately, building momentum as you define your leadership vision, strengthen your team culture, and enhance your communication.

Your Coach & Leader

Carolyne created this program because she saw the need for accessible, intentional leadership development for professionals in the the sports and entertainment industry. Too often, one-on-one executive coaching is seen as a costly option reserved for top-tier executives. This program is designed to bring high-quality coaching tools and strategies to alumni who want to lead with clarity and confidence.

Over her two-decade career, Carolyne has dedicated herself to supporting leaders in achieving their goals through elevating talent, including spearheading executive succession planning, leading executive recruiting and onboarding for Activision Blizzard, now a division of Microsoft. She holds credentials as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Executive Coach.

Carolyne is a proud 2006 graduate of Ohio University MSA and returns to campus year after year to mentor and support students. With every program she leads, she remains to committed to giving back to the OU community. 10% of all proceeds from this program is donated to the OU Sports Ad Fund. Learn more about Carolyne.
