Meet the Founder
Carolyne Savini brings more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of leadership, talent, and organizational performance. She has partnered with executives, leadership teams, and organizations across industries, including multi-billion-dollar sports and entertainment enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and high-growth startups.
Earlier in her career, Carolyne served as an executive recruiter and talent strategist, placing more than 500 executives into high-visibility leadership roles. She later led executive recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning efforts as an internal executive talent leader at Activision Blizzard. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of how leadership decisions, talent strategy, and organizational context intersect to drive performance over time.
Carolyne has worked with marquee sports and entertainment organizations including the NBA, Green Bay Packers, Washington Nationals, Milwaukee Bucks, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins, LAFC, the National Women’s Soccer League, the Super Bowl XLVIII Host Committee, Ticketmaster, Georgetown University, and others.
As CEO and Chief Talent Strategist of The Catalyst Executive, Carolyne partners with senior leaders and organizations navigating complexity, change, and elevated responsibility. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership, culture, and performance are inseparable, and that meaningful progress requires clarity, honesty, and thoughtful partnership.
In addition to her advisory work, Carolyne serves on the faculty of Columbia University as Executive Career Coach in Residence for students and alumni of the Sport Management graduate program in the School of Professional Studies. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University and Temple University.
Carolyne maintains professional coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach and is a Quantum Endeavors Certified Corporate Coach.
